I had a delightful dining experience at a top-tier restaurant in Vermont on my last day there. The mocktail I ordered was a refreshing blend of orange blossom syrup, lime juice, and mineral water, perfect for those who enjoy fresh and floral flavors. The initial course, a Tomato Gazpacho, was bursting with a delightful mix of acidity, umami, and sweetness, making it a ten out of ten experience for me.
