Walking through Chinatown late one night, I stopped by Bubblefish and was genuinely impressed by the fresh sushi and sashimi quality-it rivaled some of the more upscale spots I've been to. The spicy maki combo stood out with its generous portions and a uniquely delicious spicy mayo that I still think about. Friendly staff like Addy and Ben made the experience even better, and I'll definitely be back to try more of their creative rolls and oysters.
