When we arrived, there was a bit of a wait and some confusion with seating, and although our waiter was friendly, he was hard to track down and our food wasn't served as warm as expected. Despite these hiccups, the wings were fantastic, the service eventually improved, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and family-friendly, making me willing to give this location another shot.

Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed the lack of a hostess and a line forming ahead of me, leading to a wait of around 30-40 minutes. Despite a slight urge to leave, we decided to remain patient and finally were seated as promised. The service was a bit slow, requiring us to track down our waiter for silverware and to address the lukewarm food, but the attentive waitress quickly rectified the situation, leaving us satisfied with the overall experience. The wings were a standout, making this particular visit to BWW a memorable and enjoyable one, solidifying my decision to return to this location in the future.
