I really liked the Chicken here in the past but I will never eat here again. I went through the drive thru, awhile placing the order I was told they had no sides except French fries. All they had was Chicken and French fries. I am at the window and the young man ignores me and takes the order of the customer behind me. I said did you just take his order without letting me decide what to do? He sarcastically said yes. If you don't have good customer service your store will close.

Went through the drive through at 9 order express tenders and got 1 chicken breast, all of my food was cold and there was no gravy which I asked for. The worst fast food experience I've ever had I couldn't even finish the fries they were so cold. I will never go back to chicken express.

Food is always fresh and at the right temperature. Tastes great at that too!!
