I picked up some Dona Chai concentrate at Whole Foods, drawn in by its local roots and attractive packaging. Initially hesitant about trying a concentrate instead of my usual loose leaf mix, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of flavors - not too sweet, just right. Having learned to make authentic masala chai during a stay in rural India years ago, I'm always on the lookout for the real deal, and this concentrate definitely hits the mark for me. While the regular price might be a stretch for my student budget, I'll be keeping an eye out for sales to stock up on this delicious find. Can't wait to try it in my overnight oats later this week!
