I remember enjoying Ms. Hong's Dumplings on Church Street from her cart, which I found to be the best in the City. The flavors were so delicious that I would be willing to drive two hours just to have them again. The residents of Burlington loved her so much that they helped her open her own store, which speaks volumes about the quality of her dumplings.
