Howell Mountain is upstairs from Sottomarino Winery and only opens on the last weekend of the month when the Treasure Island Flea Market is happening. They have just four wines, but the tasting experience is awesome, and the outdoor area is perfect for chilling out with a picnic and playing bocce ball while enjoying the bay views.
