Today around 4 PM, I witnessed an employee handling a rude customer with such grace and efficiency, especially Abby who managed a long line solo while keeping a smile and making excellent drinks. Erik and Emily also stood out with their friendly, professional service and great recommendations, making this visit to Juice It Up one I won't forget anytime soon.
