I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious coconut cake from Melito's Restaurant, and it was incredibly moist, reminiscent of a Tres Leches Cake. The unique blend of yellow cake and creamy ingredients created a light and flavorful icing that I couldn't get enough of. While I haven't tried her coconut cookies yet, I've heard great things about them, and I appreciate that I can order directly from Karen Stanley's website since she doesn't operate a storefront.
