Every time I visit this Canton fast food joint, I receive prompt and friendly service, enjoy the delicious food, and appreciate the great coupon deal for a standard meal with tasty zesty style fries, although the prices do tend to bother me consistently.

Made an order with door dash, no option for cheese with our waffle fries. It stayed the store doesn't accept special instructions, so I called like it stated to get what I want. The manager stated I need to call door dash? No, this is who you selected to deliver your food. He stated he would not send the cheese sauce for my families food because I didn't order it, I tried and there is no option!! He stated he would not give it for free and my bill was $59.00, so for that kind of money you POS you won't send $.75 of cheese like we wanted? Never again from Whipple Mr. Hero, plenty of other stores around canton to order from and I'll see you tomorrow POS.
