I tried the green curry from this food truck and it had a nice spicy kick to it. It might be too much for those who can't handle heat, but I found it to be delicious. The ginger in the curry was in big chunks and added a fantastic flavor. We had Muay Thai cater our school event, and everyone absolutely loved it! Great menu with a variety of options, generous portions, and friendly staff.
