I visited the cafe located inside St. Vincent's Hospital in Carmel and was impressed with the selection of healthy options available. The interior was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered a lemon iced muffin and a kale, spinach, mango, and pineapple smoothie, both of which were delicious and refreshing. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I plan to stop by again in the future.
