During my lunch break, I ordered several dishes, including fried wontons, dumplings, and a large veggie noodle bowl with added chicken, all of which arrived hot and fresh. The homemade noodles have an excellent "Q" texture, and watching them being made through the window adds to the experience, though some sauces could be improved. The scallion pancakes are cooked perfectly, and the Szechuan beef noodle soup offers a savory, flavorful broth with just the right amount of spice.

I stopped by for lunch and tried a few different dishes that caught my eye. The wontons fried in hot oil are a must-try, and the veggie noodle bowl with added chicken was a satisfying choice. The homemade noodles are a standout feature, and the scallion pancakes are crispy perfection.
