I enjoyed a fantastic smoothie and a delicious omelette that were both satisfying and nutritious. The attention to detail from the owner really made the experience special. It's the perfect way to kick off your morning with a flavorful and wholesome meal.

Bland, almost tasteless mango smoothie. Small portion size. $8.
Bland canned tuna wrap, decent portion size. $7.
This place is twice the price, half the portion size and not even close to the quality I can get at Power Smoothie in Pembroke Pines. I'll stick with them, this place is a joke. It's in a gym so I should have known better.
