The orange chicken and Lo Mein are absolutely delicious, far surpassing anything I've experienced at Wicked Spoon or Panda Express. If you're at Mandalay Bay, make sure to check out the offerings at Pan Asian Express; their breakfast omelets with jalapeños, bacon, and feta cheese are a must-try, especially with their incredible red hot sauce!
