I grew up in PR until I was 6 so I know this cuisine first hand. I have also lived in NYC where you can get the authentic taste and when I moved here in 2001 I was extremely disappointed with the few eateries available that offered PR food. That was until someone told me about PR Bakery. Diana is true to her heritage and strives for excellence. I love to see her with her family run the restaurant. I can only hope that they don't change what they are doing because they are offering the best PR food in South Florida.
