Upon entering what was once Kawa, now transformed into Saffron Indian Cuisine, the ambiance shifted with the gleam of hardwood floors and vibrant new colors. Despite the tranquility of the evening in Doylestown, the attentive service and flavorful North Indian dishes, like the delectable Samosa Chaat and robust Lamb Rogan Josh, made for a satisfying dining experience that left us content and eager to return.
