Having spent many years in Houston, TX, I discovered unique food combinations not commonly found up north, such as the beloved pairing of chicken and waffles. My children always request this dish by name for dinner, despite their young age not allowing them to fully remember the authentic taste. After hearing about Soul Kitchen in Albany, I decided to try it out and was blown away by the delicious chicken and waffles, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crisp and seasoning. The cozy, homely atmosphere and friendly staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable, and the generous portions at affordable prices left us satisfied and eager to return.
