One of my favorite spots for custom cakes in the Bay Area is Sweetlicious, a home-based bakery run by Varuni. Varuni was incredibly friendly and responsive when I asked for a cake with special dietary needs, and she delivered a beautifully crafted and delicious cake for my husband's birthday.
