Tamarind restaurant on board Holland America Line's Nieuw Amsterdam impressed me with its refined atmosphere and delicious dishes. I savored Shrimp Crackers and Jewels of the Sea, followed by Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls and a Spicy Tuna Roll. The Soy Crusted Beef Tenderloin with multiple dipping sauces was a standout, and the Tamarind Chocolate Ganache dessert was a perfect ending to my meal. The attentive and professional all-female serving staff enhanced the dining experience at Tamarind.
