Rude and horrible service by staff.

I'm writing this review for 6 people. When we entered the restaurant we were created almost immediately by a greater and were shown directly to a table. Our waitress Whitney was out in just a couple of minutes to get our drink order. When she returned with the drinks, she so brought out a basket full of garlic knots and sauce. She was very pleasant and friendly. We each ordered something different from the menu and it was delicious!! We will definitely go back to eat there again when we are back in Gatlinburg Tennessee. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was great. Please remember this re view is X 6.

My family and I come here every time we visit Gatlinburg, at least twice a year. Usually the food and service is great, but this time only the food was it's usual high quality. The waitress, Whitney, was so rude and tactless that the food tasted sour. We don't mind an upcharge for sharing an entree, we do mind a snarky response when we asked for clarification. We also mind when the waitress, Whitney, brings out 24 plates for a party of 13. I found very rude, passive aggressive and childish. The treatment my family endured is unacceptable, so if you have a large party, choose another Italian restaurant.

I'm from Brooklyn and I'm ashamed these people have the audacity to proclaim this slop Italian food these people should not run a scam like this they have horrible sauce not an Italian in the place we tried one bite paid for our drinks and left no way I was paying for that
