I recently dined at Woodnotes restaurant at the Emerson resort and Spa and was impressed by the attentive service and their willingness to accommodate dietary restrictions. The outdoor terrace offered beautiful views, but be sure to bring bug spray. The food was exceptional, with options like the short ribs and salmon standing out among the many delicious choices on the menu.
