As a very picky eater, I can confidently say the menudo here is some of the most flavorful and authentic I've ever tasted, arriving promptly after ordering in a warm, welcoming atmosphere with attentive service. The handmade tortillas perfectly complement the rich Birria de chivo, while the friendly staff and cozy vibe make every visit worth the drive from Orange County.
