Upon arrival, finding the entrance was a bit puzzling, tucked away on the lower back side of the building. The owner, a warm and hospitable man, graciously offered us a taste of his slow-cooked specialties - chicken, goat, or pork. The Redemption Salad, bursting with fresh ingredients like mixed greens, black beans, and avocado, paired perfectly with the savory burritos and tostadas. The generous portions, coupled with the soulful blues playing in the background, created a cozy and satisfying dining experience.
