Craving chilaquiles, I headed to the restaurant named after that dish and was greeted by the warm aroma of flavorful food despite the unlit open sign. Inside, the traditional Latin American vibe took me back to Chile, and the spotless cleanliness alongside friendly service made the experience even better. The huarache, chorizo con papas, and spicy green chilaquiles were delicious and authentic, with generous portions and great prices that left me eager to return and try more dishes like the pambazo.
