We recently celebrated my sister's birthday with a vegan carrot cake from Sarah's bakery. I was initially unsure about how a vegan cake would taste, but it turned out to be absolutely amazing. The texture and flavor were spot on, and even non-vegan guests couldn't tell the difference. Sarah's talent for creating delicious vegan treats is truly impressive!
