I absolutely adore mac n cheese, and I can't resist ordering it whenever it's on the menu at a restaurant. Recently, I tried the Classic mac topped with pork belly and their signature green cilantro lime sauce at a vendor in Queens Night Market, and it was a flavor explosion that left me wanting more.
