Guy in kitchen had a problem getting white rice when they were out... girl at counter had no desire to even try to ask. Dude in kitchen was a Hispanic man with black chefs coat on and a sour look on his face had attitude problem. Quinoa sucks, I wanted white rice.. wife and kid got the last little bit of white rice and it’s all dry hard and crunchy dinner is sh-t. We even asked if they were making more and the girl just shrugged and didn’t even bother to ask the guy standing behind her listening to all this looking directly at me. Also ordered 8 cheese biscuits and never got them.... well we got one.. don’t know how this place gets such good reviews my family’s experience here was terrible. The staff was even aware of the fact we were upset but they didn’t seem to give a damn enough to even ask what was going on they just continued to talk behind the counter and look at us and point. Y’all can keep the damn money for the stuff I paid for and never got just consider it a lesson learned I’ll never be back. After all the things we heard about this place we took the 45 minute drive to come out here just to deal with this. For what it’s worth avoid this place it’s not worth the trip. And to put the icing on the cake after serving subpar food and not even delivering the rest of the ticket they had the audacity to ask for a tip. Run, run as fast as you can anywhere else besides here unless rude staff crunchy rice and not getting what you want or what you paid for while asking for a tip is something that sounds good. I am a local business owner. I’m very very particular about the negative reviews I write because I try very hard not to write any as I understand how it affects the business. I don’t write this review lightly. I only usually write positive reviews you have to really really really piss me off in order for me to take the time to do this.
