Ordered a full catering from Kapakahi Grindz for my birthday for the second year in a row, and once again, they exceeded expectations. The marinated laulau leaf and flavorful lomi salmon left me impressed with their rich taste and freshness. Despite not understanding their immense popularity, I found myself wanting to invest in this legendary Hawaiian food truck known for their impeccable service and delectable dishes.
