The Chinese food at the Dakota Mall food court is pretty solid, with friendly staff handling a busy Sunday afternoon rush like pros. The noodles are a bit plain but the rice packs good flavor, and while the menu leans heavily on chicken, the large portions and free refills definitely hit the spot.
