I have developed a deep appreciation for pupusas over time and recently stumbled upon a Salvadoran restaurant in Little Rock that offers exceptional ones. As far as I know, this is the sole establishment of its kind in the area, setting it apart from other dining options. While there is another eatery serving pupusas in LR, it's a Honduran restaurant that, in my humble opinion, doesn't quite match the buttery richness and crispy perfection of the pupusas at this Salvadoran spot. It's worth trying their cheese and bean pupusas, which I personally favor, and be prepared to order a few to truly savor the experience. To ensure the continued success of this relatively new establishment, I would recommend making the menu more prominently displayed and ensuring there is always a staff member available at the entrance. These simple adjustments could help elevate the overall dining experience and keep this gem of a restaurant thriving for years to come.
