The blackened chicken with bowtie pasta here is hands down some of the best I've ever had, and I'm willing to drive across town just to get my fix. The flavors remind me of authentic New Orleans style, and while the chicken has been a bit overcooked a couple of times, the sauce and pasta always pull the whole dish together perfectly.

The blackened chicken with bowtie pasta at this place is seriously amazing. It's one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. Even though it's a bit out of the way for me, I'll happily make the drive whenever I'm craving it. The flavors are always on point and it never disappoints!
