I ordered food online and they gave me a time to pick up the food. I waited and when I went o pick up the food, they had nothing that I ordered. They said they sold out and was asking me about replacing items. I didn't want anything that they had left so I asked for a refund. They said I had to do it online. I told them that I could not (after leaving the restaurant and returning). The manager said that there was nothing they could do about me spending $25 on food that I did not get. She was very rude and had I been closer to her, I would have broken her face only because of how rude she was. It wasn't even about the money.
