The last week of March 2017 I was visiting (from Michigan) my parents who live in Ft. Myers and go to the Gulf Coast Panera twice a week. My parents are elderly and can, at times, be impatient and hard to please. Both times we went to Panera that week, an employee, Trent, made our experience extra good. One day a friendly Trent was at the register and patiently took a complicated order from my parents. Another day Trent was in the Dining Room and brought us our food politely and timely. My father said there was a problem with his order (although Dad actually got what he ordered). Trent kindly took Dad's sandwich back and brought what my Dad wanted (but had failed to order correctly). I really appreciated how kind and polite Trent was to my parents, even when my Dad was in the wrong.
