I really enjoy the fresh, chewy noodles here, especially the cold ones, and the corn fritters with their crispy tempura batter are a delicious treat. The karaage, fried oysters, and motsu nabe stand out with rich flavors and perfectly fried textures that never feel greasy, making each visit satisfying. The friendly service, cozy ambiance, and variety of noodle options keep drawing me back, whether dining in or grabbing takeout.
