I gave this place a 2nd chance and each time the food & service was horrible!

The service was terrible bit one employees smiled they acted like they didn't want to be there the place was out of certain steaks and soda food was great but we won't be back than when paying my bill the waitress came back with change and said she gave me more back because she didn't have change I believe she did this thinking I was gonna give her a big tip which I did not leave her one because the service was horrible
