If you're looking for a spot with outstanding customer service, you've got to check out Tokyo Joe's in Castle Rock. Andrew, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves happy, and the poke bowls are always fresh and delicious. I keep coming back because the food is great, the staff is super friendly, and it feels like they genuinely care about their customers.
