The absence of outlets is a significant drawback, especially for those looking to work on laptops in a setup designed for it; I overheard multiple people express the same concern during my visit. Service was pleasant, with a friendly cashier and a thoughtful barista who offered to remake my drink if it wasn't satisfactory, which I appreciated even though my hot mocha could have been hotter. While the atmosphere is calm and spacious with good music and solid Wi-Fi, the lack of charging options is something to consider for future visits.
