I have dined at several Bonchon locations across two states, and the Salem restaurant exceeded my expectations with its quick, attentive service and consistently crispy, flavorful chicken, especially the soy garlic wings. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and despite some concerns about the smell of pickled radish, the traditional Korean side was authentic and did not detract from the overall excellent dining experience.

Having dined at multiple Bonchon locations across two states, I found this particular one to be the best by far. The boneless chicken was exceptionally crispy and fresh, complemented perfectly by the delicious soy garlic sauce. The service was prompt, polite, and the restaurant itself was clean and inviting, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience.
