With someone getting cut right before we ordered, we expected service to be a little off. But this was pretty bad. Cold food, late drinks. My main issue is that I ordered a drink, didn't like it and returned. Nothing on the menu nor my waiter told me that alcohol was nonrefundable. So I was charged $9 for a drink I took one sip of. As I mentioned, if it's nonrefundable, that's one thing. But don't exclude that when I tell you I don't like it and ask you "can I get somthing else instead". And then tell me afterwards, "well you could of tasted it first"...taste a mix drink? Just a little more transparency would of been better on the customer service side.
