We placed a pickup order and when we went to get it the bag was wet on the bottom and the whole order dropped out when they handed us the bag. The owner was so rude and said he'd put the food into a new bag. We said, it was on the floor, we'd like new food. When they brought us what we thought was new, freshly cooked food, that bag broke as well, but the contents stayed in the bag. So we just took it home. When we got home we realized that not only wasn't our food recooked, they took the containers that fell to the ground and just put them into a new bag, but it was missing several items that we ordered. When we called the restaurant to ask for a partial refund of what was missing we could hear the owner yelling in the background telling the girl who we were talking to that they wouldn't provide any refund. We could come back and pick up what was missing. I told them we were over 40 minutes away and they refused to budge. I blame this solely on the owner. If this is how he's going to treat customers who were not only regulars, but who did nothing wrong in this situation, we refuse to give them our business anymore.
