Awful experience, he lost the Italian experience of a good meal. Will never be back service awful over charged and cussed us out. Never be back

My husband and I waited at least 5 minutes while 2 employees looked directly at us yet never bothered to acknowledge that we were standing there, at the very least waiting to be greeted. There were only a handful people in the restaurant so there was no excuse to completely ignore us. I could play the racism card here because it was blatant seeing as how the other diners did not look like us and were seated and enjoying their meals, but I'm going to take it a step further and say they failed at the very basics of business. Two paying customers were standing in their establishment, yet were not important enough to receive so much as a greeting, which is standard. Again, let me state that TWO employees looked directly at us, whispered to each other and proceeded to ignore us like we were not standing there. My husband is 6'3" so there is no way he could have been overlooked. Bad business Deno. This is simply unacceptable.

Anderson was our server, he was great! Everything was delicious but I didn't understand the lasagna I ordered, it didn't have any ricotta! I never had lasagna without ricotta! Other than that I will be back, I just won't order lasagna. I just wondered if this was a mistake.

Surprisingly wonderful meals! Service needs work and a bit dark but we will definitely return. A delightful new addition to Rowlett!
