Honestly, I was so upset, I never got the coffee and snacks. I went into the restroom first for my a.m. constitution. After finishing, I realized there was no toilet paper. There were no paper towels as the air blower, proven to be very unhygienic was the only device in there for drying hands. Drying wasn't my issue. I made do, talked to the gal at the counter. I asked "Who's responsible for filling the paper towels?" She replied "We all are." I said "Then you are all guilty." and then went on to explain my problem. I asked for the manager's phone number, which took her about 5 minutes to find. Not a good sign. I called, left a message, and a very nice sounding lady apologized profusely and promised to send me some coupons to make me feel better. Did I get them. No. Even texted and reminded her. Nope. Pretty crappy experience all the way around.
