I had a fantastic experience at Friendly's outlet mall location. The friendly staff, delicious food, and clean dining room made it a perfect choice for a post-shopping treat. I especially loved the peanut butter sauce on my sundae and the attentive service from Chyna, who made my birthday celebration extra special.

WORST PLACE EVER! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO EAT HERE! POOR SERVICE! RAN BY TEENAGERS THAT DON'T CARE OR WANT TO DO THEIR JOB! EVEN THE MANAGER IS A TEENAGER, SO YOU DON'T GET ANYWHERE IF YOU COMPLAIN! FOOD SUCKS TOO! SO, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT!
