The food here is consistently fresh, flavorful, and authentically spicy, with standout dishes like jerk chicken, oxtail, and rice and peas that keep me coming back for more. While the delivery is generally fast and friendly, it's best to allow extra time for orders and be prepared for occasional limited menu availability or slight delays.

The food at Grapes was fresh, delicious, and packed with just the right amount of spice. The jerk chicken and rice/peas were among the best I've ever had, and my family enjoyed their veg dishes and brown stew chicken as well. While the service was a bit slow and it took longer than expected for our order to be ready, the overall experience was positive and I will definitely be returning for more of their flavorful dishes.

The lady at the window who takes orders is very rude. Very sassy and all i was trying to do was make up my mind about what i wanted. Very poor customer service

I dont go here often because the 4 times I've been on there they have been out of something. Today asked for rasta pasta ... lady stated they don't have it I was oh what day do you have... she said none ..I said Ohhhh it's on your digital menu.... the plantain was dry as HELL and tuff ... the cabbage has been inconsistent every time I have ordered ..today it wasn't even a full serving. Sometimes it has just carrots Sometimes its spicy today it had peppers in it...you never know what your going to get paid 7 for med tray should have paid 2 for each side would have been more food for a dollar less...
