The vibe here is totally Cuban and relaxed, which I love. The older lady at the counter doesn't speak English, but chatting with her in Spanish is a hoot. Luckily, there's a younger lady who's fluent in English and helped me order some delicious spinach and cheese empanadas that tasted like crispy samosas - so good!
