If I could give zero.. I would. Went through on Sunday night, ordered a combo meal.. Handed me a warm Dr. Pepper. Said their ice machine has been out since Wednesday. Wouldn't a been nice to know before I ordered it. Absolutely rude.

Any other time.. I would not write a review (unless the place was exceptional). In this case, I have a complaint. I see someone else beat me to the punch... I ordered a meal deal (for any who don't know, that includes a side and a drink)... After sitting in the drive thru for 15-20 mins, I'm handed a drink with no ice. I ask, "hey, can we please get some ice in our drink?" Her response.. (Putting aside the rude "inconveniced" attitude) she says, "our ice machine has been down since Wednesday, sorry.

Okay... Would have been nice to know before I ordered the large, what? $3 drink? Then to go as far as acting like I inconvenienced you by asking you for ice. Sorry, when I got through a drive thru I don't expect room temperature soda. If that's all you have, please advise the person ordering that you cannot offer drinks below room temp. (I could have fished for a partially drank water bottle in my back seat and have been just as refreshed, if not more.)

Food was also room temp.. At best.

Politeness goes a long way.
