My family and I went to Johnny's for lunch today. We had a new waitress, and we knew she was new because another employee told us. The waitress did not bring my dad coffee, so my mom got up to grab it and one of the employees snapped at her for it. Then when our food finally came, my sister did not get her hashbrowns with shredded cheese like she asked. Instead they put sliced cheese on top, so she sent it back. Instead of making them the way she requested they just didn't make them and when we asked about them, a few employees said that the owner refused to make them that way. I don't understand how difficult it would have been for her to walk to the salad bar and grab a little shredded cheese. Also, her chicken strips were disgusting. When my mom talked to the owner, she just yelled at my mom in front of the whole restaurant and said that she would not take it off the bill because they were right and she heard we were complaining about everything. First of all, if you mess up an order fix it and don't be rude to your customer. Second of all, you may have cooked your food right, but if it's so nasty your customer can't eat it then offer something else or comp it. I have been a waitress before and I would have never been so rude to my customers. The owner is one classy woman for yelling at her customer through the window in front of everyone else that was there. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!
