My family and I have been lovers of your pizza for many years. My parents and I have recently moved to the Grand Island area a little over 1 year ago and have noticed that your establishment isn't nearly as clean as where we used to live, but we still go and try to ignore the uncleanliness because the pizza is so good. Last weekend I drove the drivethru to pickup my pizza, went to pay for it, and noticed the gentleman had a red substance on his finger. Mind you..it was more than just a dribble or a drop. I asked him as he was handing me my pizza if that was pizza sauce of if that was blood. He stated that he had cut his finger. Where is OSHA in this case? Do they not follow any rules when it comes to dealing with serving food to the public? He could have been chopping my peppers for all I know and have hepatitis C or some other health problem. I lost my appetite and threw the pizza away when I got home. My family and I will never go to that establishment again. I will also tell my other staff members and friends about my experience. I can't believe you haven't had a health inspector in there....and if so....why does it still look that way?
