We stopped at the york mcdonalds on April 18th, 2023 about 7:30 p.m and it was awful. I get it that they had a bus but we waited for over an hour for our food which then we had missing items. The kids from the bus were all around the counter so no one could get up there and they were touching people's orders. Those kids took my daughters chocolate milk and were throwing it around before our of those kids brought it over and asked if we had a chocolate milk? I said yes and she said it was just left on the counter well no it wasn't because kids were throwing it around. Though I don't know why the workers didn't leave the happy meal out with the chocolate milk. By the time we got our food, the fries were cold and I didn't get my no salt fries. The night workers are the worse ones although there is a lady that works during the day in drive thru. She works at the first window and I wish they would do something about her too cause she has poor manners. Too much of an attitude. Mcdonalds is the one restaurant my kids won't work at because of how it is running and I have seen managers treat the employees terrible and that is unacceptable.
